Agent Referral Program

Our Referral Program allow Agents to refer clients to PFG in exchange for a referral fee if the referral results in a funded closing. As a company we’ve always valued our relationship with Commercial Real Estate Brokers. Commercial Real Estate Brokers are one of our greatest assets for gaining new clients.

Payout Structure

This referral program will be open to all Commercial Real Estate Brokers that refer clients to PFG and it results in a funded closing.

Referral Results

Each referral results in a 20 basis points payout

Referral Fee

The referral fee will increase to 25 basis points once you refer more than $10
million in volume within a calendar year.
